After a successful career helping clients grow their businesses and market their luxury properties, she is now focused on guiding individuals and families through one of life’s biggest milestones: buying or selling a home. Known for her client-first approach, Jaime combines strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to outstanding service. Born and raised in the PNW and a longtime Seattle resident, Jaime understands the character of each neighborhood and loves helping clients find the perfect fit for their lifestyle. When she’s not working with clients, Jaime enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her favorite Seattle sports teams (Go Hawks, M's, Storm, Sounders and Cougs!), exploring new restaurants, wine tasting and enjoying the beauty and activities of our great outdoors.

As a life long resident of East King County, I have a deep knowledge and love of the area, and have been blessed to raise my children in such an amazing community. My happy place is near the water, and I’m particularly passionate about waterfront properties - so much so that I’ve owned four in my time in the Seattle area! After starting my career with broker John L. Scott, I later decided to go back to school to earn my Broker’s License and start my own brokerage, which I have been running for over fifteen years. Although my focus is single family homes and rentals, I have slipped in a few warehouses and multi-family structures, and have restored 21 properties during the past 30 years!
I bring a strong background in construction, and was the first woman contractor for People’s Bank back in 1973. I have spent decades learning this business from the construction side, to the finance side, to the tax side, and am honored to bring this knowledge to the service of my diverse clientele.
